Empirical evidence on health services throughout the COVID-19 pandemic has been scarcely documented in the literature. Using and replicating data from Accenture, Deloitte, Ericsson ConsumerLab, GlobalWebIndex, and McKinsey, I performed analyses and made estimates regarding the integration of digital technologies and data-driven telemedicine into smart healthcare during the COVID-19 pandemic.
