Employing recent research results covering socio-affective technologies for psychological health, and building our argument by drawing on data collected from Capgemini, Deloitte, and McKinsey, we performed analyses and made estimates regarding top benefits of cognitive technologies, core artificial intelligence practices in place at organizations, and how organizations source capabilities and talent needed for artificial intelligence work.
