Introduction The processes of globalization taking place in the world have revealed many of the problems of international law and international relations which for a long time have been discussed in various forums and have been widespread in international relations, but still have not been solved. Here, first of all, we are talking about the lawfulness of humanitarian intervention. There is an opinion in international law which has been maintained for a long period of time. According to this opinion, the use of armed force by a State or a group of States is justified to rescue their citizens who are present in a foreign territory or to stop mass and grave violations of human rights occurring elsewhere for political, racial, religious or other reasons.
