The tafsīrs of the Jalālayn (al- Mahallī, d. 864/1459, and al-Suyūtī, d. 911/1505) and Ibn ‘Abbās (the ascription of this text is debated) along with the asbāb al-nuzūl work of al-Wāhidī (d. 468/1075) are now joined by this sūfī work of al-Tustarī who died in 283/896. All of these translations appear on the website of altafsir.org but their availability in this printed form is to be welcomed because they are all books that will repay close study due to the tremendous efforts that the translators have put into their work.
