EDNTORNAT This is my last editorial as editor of JANZAM. Not because I am leaving, but because JANZAM is mak- ing its long-awaited change to a new and very different look, name and mode of operation. Starting with Volume 12,thejournal will be known as the Journal of Management & Organization, subject of course to formal ratification by the ANZAM Executive. As the town crier might say, JANIZA]\4 is dead! journal Long live the of the Australian and New ZealandAcademy of Management! We are very pleased to have acquired the services of e-Content Management Pty. Ltd. as the professional publisher for journal. the ANZAM James Davidson is the Publishing Editor of e-Content Management, and has many years of experience with large publishing houses in Europe and Australasia. In short, e-Content Management is the ideal publisher to help journal us take our academy to the necessary next stage of its evolution.
