Arriving depleted after crossing of the Mediterranean: obligatory stopo- ver patterns underline the importance of Mediterranean islands for migrating birds. Animal Migration. 2022;9(1):27- 36, doi: 10.1515/ami-2022-0117, the authors noticed an error regarding sampling dates in the supplementary material that reflect also in the methods sampling statement. In page 58, section 2.2, line 16 the statement “a total of 736 days between the end of March/May of 2007-2019” should be changed to “a total of 781 days between the end of March/May of 2007-2021”. The authors admit to the error and claim that this is an unintentional mistake and does not influence the conclusion of the publication.
