AbstractYou-Too, a newly developed teaching and learning methodology in mental hygiene for college-age students, focuses on individual needs and uses their motivational power instead of trying to solve perceived or real social problems. This paper presents the theoretical background and main features of the method, as well as the anthropological observations we made during its operation.1
