Cognitive-Behavioral Treatment of Borderline Personality Disorder
[Resilience and the application of the Sathya Sai Education in Human Values Program (SSEHV) to the phenomenological variant of ecological systems theory (PVEST) were discussed at length in Chap. 5. In this chapter, we examine the concept of mindfulness as a type of silent sitting and provide practical tools and resources for creatively integrating mindfulness into Grades K–12 and college classrooms. The purpose of this chapter is to provide specific techniques to help hone students’ attention and focus and to model creative use of activities to increase opportunities for mindfulness in the classroom.]
