Abstract
[Vocational Education and Training (VET) has been rebranded as Vocational and Professional Education and Training (VPET) in 2015 (Task Force on Promotion of Vocational Education, 2015). Prior to the rebranding, VET has more than a century’s history in Hong Kong since the first VET college established in 1905 (VPET Repository, 2017).
