[This chapter explores National Birth Control Association/ Family Planning Association Medical Director Helena Wright’s joint efforts with the association and its official and unofficial networks to introduce comprehensive, scientific sex and contraceptive education for the public and medical professionals. This chapter uses Wright’s sexological texts, association and network syllabi, and formal and informal association, clinic, and Royal Commission on Population-related records to depict the formulation of standardised scientific sex and contraceptive education delivered to the public and medical community via lessons learned from the bedroom and contraceptive clinic.]
